Where do you guys make home mortgages?

We make residential mortgage loans in the great state of California. More specifically, Sonoma County,California including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati & Sebastopol, Sonoma and Healdsburg. While our focus is on the Sonoma County market, we do make loans outside of Sonoma County on a regular basis including throughout Northern and Southern California.

The property, can be a single-family home, condominium, planned unit development or a residential 2 to 4 unit property such as duplex, triplex or four plex. We also have the ability to lend on manufactured homes with our highly competitive FHA Purchase Loan Program. Primary, secondary homes and investment properties are  eligible for our financing types as well. At this time, we do not offer home equity lines of credit however we have a fantastic source in Santa Rosa that does do home-equity lines of credit, we be happy to make that introduction for you.

Not sure where to begin? Scott Sheldon lives in Santa Rosa California, and is located on Bennett Valley road in Sonoma County just off farmers Lane. Scott  can be reached at 707-217-4000 or send him a confidential email ScottS@snmc.com.
